Design and Descriptions:

1. This series comprises air louvers for indoors as well as outdoors application, the latter having weatherproof designs features. The models can be constructed from Aluminum or G.I., with sizes and dimensions tailored to customer requirements. The G.I. construction design offers durability; strength and rigidity; in the case of Aluminum-constructed models, lightness in weights is an added feature.
2. It has a neat and simple appearance for easy blending with architecture and modern decoration.
3. The grilles are used as return air grille, fresh air grille, exhaust air grille, transfer air grille or pressurization air grille.
4. It is normally made and designed for indoor purpose. Sometimes it is constructed of weatherproof design, hence suitable for outdoor applications. The blades are set at 45 degree and are complete with a return bend on the upper edge to reduce the possibility of rainwater entry. A vermin proof wire mesh screen is also fitted to the rear to prevent entry of birds or rodents.
5. It can be mounted on the ceiling or sidewalls.
6. Plenum box and volume control damper are available as optional extras.
7. An opposed blade volume control damper, which is adjustable through a crescent-like hook, is incorporated for concealed installation without visibility of screw on diffuser face.
8. The louver can be finished with natural anodizing or baked enable, with powder-coated white as the standard color.
9. Also available are louvers in a vertically or horizontally aligned configuration.
10. An optional insect screen made from Aluminum can also be incorporated to prevent entry of insects and pests.
11. Besides the insect screen, a ½" or 1" filter can also be accommodated. It helps to reduce a certain amount of dust from entering the duct.
12. Hinged core sections are available for easy access to dampers etc. and removable filter assemblies can be fitted.
